SPARKLING WINES & CHAMPAGNES
SATURDAY AUGUST 21 AT 3PM
$65 per person
 Sparkling Wines and Champagnes - This class is designed to provide participants with the basic areas of Italy, France and Spain that produce these wines as well as the wine making techniques in their production. Certified Sommelier William Laimit will highlight the types of glassware typically used, suggestions for pairing foods with sparkling wines, and ideas for serving them to your guests. Participants will taste a variety of sparkling wines and champagnes while learning about the wineries and what characteristics make them so special. This class will use an interactive format with an emphasis on knowledge and enjoyment of wine.
